This position will be responsible for developing and implementing industry-leading estimating standards, systems, tools, and procedures to support clients, projects, and programs. Position will provide functional oversight of the estimating staff, including mentoring, career development, and training on best practices. Degree in Engineering or Construction Management required as well as eight years of related estimating experience in commercial, governmental, and/or institutional projects.
