Key Responsibilities Contract Administration: Implement contract terms in accordance with established policies and procedures. Participate in bidding, prepare contract documents, monitor compliance with submittals, and manage project close-out. Cost Management: Track project costs throughout planning, design, and construction to stay within budget. Manage cost estimating, reporting, pay requests, cash flow analysis, change orders, and forecasts. Schedule Management: Monitor and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
