This position leads the planning, scheduling and controlling of designs, construction, equipment procurement and operational planning for major construction projects. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide proactive project management, by evaluating and completing prime contract, subcontracts and purchase orders and fully understanding the terms and conditions of the contract; Communicate often to develop and maintain proactive interaction with project teams.
