Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent: Business Support Services, this position is responsible for implementing and administering comprehensive District fiscal procedures in the areas of Accounting, Budget and Finance, Payroll and Fringe Benefits; Assists with the planning, organizing, staffing, managing, directing, and evaluating all aspects of the District’s Fiscal Support Services; Administers the budget process and District appropriations and expenditures; Directs the maintenance of the district’s budget, supply accounts, charter school funds and projections; Exercises control over expenditures for conformance to budget, accounting standards, and funding guidelines for district programs and funds; Provides technical expertise, information and assistance to
