We embraced each and every project that came our way and worked diligently to make the project a success for the owners and architects involved. Soon, we began having numerous repeast customers who also referred us to new clients. Our commitment to providing customers with the best service of any general contractor became the foundation of our company's growth and a building block for developing a real niches in the area of negotiated work.
Forty years ago we began keeping track of the amount of negotiated work we do have used this information as a barometer for how well we are satisfying our customers. In the past 40 years, Walker Construction, Inc. has completed over 1200 projects, and of these, 85% have been negotiated.
