Overview Administrator OCIP/ROCIP is responsible for daily operations of the City’s Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP)/Rolling Owner Controlled Insurance Program (ROCIP) in the Commercial Insurance division of the Office of Risk Management. Work involves establishing short-, mid-, or long-term goals and objectives; developing guidelines, procedures, rules, and regulations; developing priorities and standards for achieving established goals; coordinating and evaluating program activities.
