JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Development Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development process for predominately single-tenant retail projects from conceptualization through occupancy consistent with schedule and budget.  Responsibilities will include handling entitlements, easements, and governmental relations. In addition, the Senior Development Project Manager will assume additional project responsibilities as the company maintains an active and constant development pipeline. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with the real estate acquisition team by analyzing potential sites for proposed developments including a preliminary site plan and budget. Manage and perform adequate site analysis on e
