The Assistant Director – Capital Projects and Facilities is responsible for the planning and implementation of multi-million-dollar capital, maintenance, and renewable energy and energy efficiency projects for the County of Santa Barbara and managing facility maintenance operations for over 400 County buildings. The Assistant Director manages functions associated with facilities planning and construction, deferred maintenance programs and projects, facility maintenance and operations, and development of related funding strategies and requests.
