Job Summary: Responsible for oversight of all Institutional Construction projects on campus. Manage Construction Project Coordinators (CPC), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vendors and Job Order Contractors (JOC). Responsible for planning of all construction related activities including budgets, schedules, and overall project quality control and thorough communication with Director. Provide design review for constructability. Administrator for construction related technology and software. Coordinate with campus partners on construction related activities and responsibilities. Support Director with project process, standards development and enforcement.E
