Responsibilities: - Facilitate application support across business and technical end users on Yardi and other Real Estate accounting and portfolio management solutions - Gather and document business requirements for technology initiatives (data flows/modeling, workflow context/design, UI designs, etc.) - Contribute to UAT and system training Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, or related field - 6+ years of Business Technology experience (Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, etc.) - 2+ years of experience working with Yardi modules (Voyager, Construction Manage,r P2P, Investor Accounting, etc.)
