1. Manage and direct a wide variety of small, medium and large-scale, often complex building projects for new construction, major renovations and restorations. 2. Oversee the work of assigned Project Managers. Guide Project Managers to ensure conformance with established scope, schedule and budgets for assigned projects. 3. Review and monitor the PRC (Project Review Committee) and CPMG (Capital Program Management Group) process with assigned Project Manager to ensure funding milestones meet required timelines. Participate in preparations for Officers and Corporation meetings, as required. 4. Oversee the progress and quality of the construction documents developed by outside architects and engineers. 5. Participate in budget meetings with the CM/GC, architect and outside Estimating Services
