Overall Job Summary This position works on a hybrid schedule. Hire must be local or relocatable to Nashville, TN.  Salaried, 401k, LTIs, Relocation Package, Bonus, Unlimited PTO, etc. This role manages preconstruction design for site-specific new store and remodel development for $200+ million in capital expenditures. This key position leads consistent building/site design and entitlement approvals for fee-development, build-to-suit new stores, and TSC remodel projects nationwide. This role provides design support during construction, including consultant coordination for timely RFI responses.
