Overall Job Summary This position works on a hybrid schedule. Hire must be local or relocatable to Nashville, TN.  Salaried, 401k, LTIs, Relocation Package, Bonus, Unlimited PTO, etc. This role supports both new construction and remodel programs that support $200+ million in capital revenue.  The role oversees construction cost estimates for prototype baselines and project budgets nationwide. This key position will also be responsible for developing construction and estimating protocols, and reporting documentation for build-to-suit and fee-development construction.
