Smith & Company Architects is seeking a Design Construction Administrator and Client Liaison to represent our firm on projects that are under construction. This position will require a moderate level of design and construction related experience on institutional projects of all types but focusing primarily on government and institutional clients. Because this position will require direct contact with firm clients, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is essential. Also critical is the ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients by responding to requests in a timely fashion and dealing with stressful situations with a high level of regard for quality customer service in a professional manner.
