The Tenant Improvement Manager (TIM) will perform highly complex work related to airport tenant improvement projects. The incumbent will serve as the liaison and lead in the redevelopment of approximately 30 locations and almost 37,000 square feet of new food, beverage, and retail offerings at John Wayne Airport. In addition to concessions, the incumbent will also serve as the liaison for airline related tenant improvements and/or office modifications. The TIM is responsible for maintaining a positive working relationship with JWA business partners and their subcontractors throughout the project, coordinate with other JWA stakeholders on the delivery of equipment and supplies during construction, and gather the necessary resources to ensure tenant projects result in minimal disruption
