PRIMARY FUNCTION: This position is responsible for managing the department’s maintenance staff; planning and implementing projects related to the repair and maintenance of all facilities within the District; managing annual maintenance contracts, contracted maintenance projects, renovation projects, and other activities associated with facility maintenance, developing and managing the preventative maintenance program. Provide assistance in the coordination of facilities planning activities related to new construction, modernization of existing schools, relocatable classrooms, and other support activities.
