Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field. Preferred, but not required. 10 years of industry experience in various construction types and systems. Project experience should include projects of values greater than $10 Million. Conceptual to Construction Documents. Thorough working knowledge of all phases of design and construction.   Detailed knowledge of construction disciplines, including but not limited to: concrete, masonry, steel, wood frame, MEP systems, exterior, and interior finishes.
