Requirements

1. Two-year or four-year degree in any field or equivalent field experience
2. Five years experience in estimating and / or preconstruction management
3. Highly skilled in estimating software and quantity survey techniques
4. Expertise in scheduling, proficient with scheduling software
5. Highly-developed understanding of the preconstruction process as well as construction technology, means, methods, costs, production and materials
6. Experience with CMAR, design-build and other alternative delivery methods
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
