1. Two-year or four-year degree in any field or the equivalent field experience
2. Five or more solid years of construction management experience
3. Two to three years of supervisory experience, leading a staff team of multiple managers, project engineers, administrators
4. Aptitude and ability to control cost and schedule in a strict regulatory environment
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
6. As mentioned possible relocation.
