Under direction of the Construction Director, and as a memeber of the organizations's construction management team, the Project Mgr, Operational Readiness Lead is responsible for ensuring that each construction project is handed off to operations with a successful service go-live.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with operational leadershp representing Construction Services to ensure all projects/programs are transitioned into a go-live environment in a structured manner.
• Develop and maintain close relationship with project Leadership, Construction Manager, Business Owners and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective project development, execution and operational acceptance governance process.
• Contributes to and participates in all field related process engineering activities to ensure patient safety, customer, quality and operational goals are being met and identify risks at appropriate stages in the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain tight linkage relationships with peer trainsition roles to ensure consistent approaches are adopted across the organization's support teams related to construction projects.
• Act as a champion for Operations relating to new service adoption ensuring that defined process and procedures are being follwed acting as an interface into other teams (IT, Informatics, Analytics, Bioment EVS, Facilities, Security and others)
• Will contribute to the continuuous development of policies and procedures associated with successfully developing and transitioning complete construction projects to pperations which will serve as the standard framework for operational readiness.
• Ensure a structured approach to servie readiness. Space onboarding, training, walk throughs, user acceptance, business owner validation per project scope and other facets will be required ensuring a successful oprational go-live experience.
• Develop and support a post go-live review process and other assignments as per management guidance ensuring operation goals of each project are met or exceeded, and sustained.
• Influence relevant stake holders and business oweners in adherence to construction services' procecess compliance.

• Maintains up to date knowledge of health care opertaing modes utilized within the organization and across the industry to be able to partner on any enterprise construction project.
• Able to develop and maintain meaningful and informative reports with providce insight into each project's operational readiness timeline, resource workload and status. Provides Contruction Leadership, Construction Manager and Business Owners analysis of reports generated, providing observations and recommendations on key risks or opportunities identified.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Facility Management preferred
• 3-5 years experience required; preferred area is Healthcare Operational Planning or similar.
• Project Management experience and Certification preferred.
• Evidence Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC) preferred
