Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Conduct initial telephone screening of subjects. 
• Coordinate staff schedules, subject recruitment, retention etc
• Secures storage of subject folders and all subject files, coordinates the logistics of scheduling subjects, subject tracking data, petty cash disbursement (for subject fees), provides participation fees to subjects at the end of each session, bookkeeping, and maintains regulatory documents for the IRB and DSM. 
• Ability to review and understand study protocols and other clinical related materials.
• Ability to enter data and prepare reports for Pl in timely fashion 
• Ability to proactively address issues and to assist in setting project timelines. 
• Ability to create edit checks, data capture, and input specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite, FileMaker Pro construction, management, and retrieval methods.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of two to four years experience in clinical research industry (biotech, pharmaceutical company, cro) in a research coordinator or related manager role. 
• Experience with preparing data for submission to the principal investigator for reports (NIH progress reports, IRB reports), publication(s), etc. 

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in biology, science, epidemiology, public health

Preferred Education:

• Master's degree preferably in biology, science, epidemiology, public health

Preferred Experience: 

• Experience with clinical research
• Experience using REDCap
